After the fifth week, we discovered that my wife had an ectopic pregnancy. We found this out when checking the ultrasound, and she immediately rushed to the hospital in an emergency to receive medical advice from a doctor because the HCg 6000 Level indicated that the first option was the best. I allowed her to go with the dose of methotrexate injection after first giving medicine and then surgery. The HCG level reached 14,890 after 4 days and dropped to 9,900 after 8days,
