I had issues with the first two gimbals too! Good to hear it wasn’t just mine. Thanks for addressing the issue is fixed in this 3rd version. I was hesitant to buy it due to my previous experiences and no one else has addressed it but you. Much appreciated.

At the moment there is no way to use ELRS 3.x. and it does not work with elrs flash tool - only betafpv configurator

It seems there is now an ELRS V3 update. However, still a candidate. So do it at your own risk. But this shows that a stable ELRS V3 will definitely be possible or perhaps already is... BETAFPV would have had to do that no matter how if they wanted to keep their remote compatible with new products...
