Sadly, he never got to "die of old age." 62 ain't old enough for that. Almost all of the greats from my childhood are dead.

He did live long past 30 though, so that's something. Undoubtedly losing the weight gave him a lot more time than he would've had.

@KeviNation Well, I can only speak from my experience as a man who himself is now long past 30, but my guess is Ducommun probably would've wanted a little more time nevertheless. 62 is too young.
