These looked fake and simple to counterfeit from the very beginning. If something looks easy to counterfeit, and collectors are wiling to spend thousands of dollars for it, someone somewhere will make fakes and try to pass them off as the real deal. If it's true that PSA refused to grade these, that should have been a warning to everyone not to spend money on these.

The fact that collectors think that printer meta data is some crazy hidden feature not known to the public for decades at this point is the funniest shit 😂 "someone should make a movie about this" is one of the stupidest things ive heard today, the plot is a dude infront of a Xerox and then making ebay listings after waiting for them to return in the mail from grading ... sounds like real emmy material to me lmao the fact that you still have confidence in any kind of grading after thus is actully sad af...
