@T3hJam - Hey Jam, on this session I ran the DI out of the guitar Which is a Taylor with Rupert Neve Pickups in it, through a Countyman DI, into a Neve1070L channel straight into logic. Can't remember if we were still using the 002 as our interface or if we had brought down the Apogees. Pretty straight forward. Hope it helps.

@JungleMoth The Maine doesn't try to sound like anyone else. If you listen to all of their music their sound doesn't change. Maybe they just don't like to try too hard at something that is wonderful just the way that it is.

@JungleMoth, It really doesn't matter how complicated the chords are. I mean, listen to...Blink182. Most of their songs can be played with power chords. Mumford & Sons, their songs can be played with simple chords. The Maine isn't trying to be mainstream pop. The Maine is being The Maine.
