Great insight from both. They’re both midrange fighters. Biv is outside to mid while Beter is mid to inside. I wonder what kind of injuries caused Biv to make his style into boxer-counterstriker

Agree with Coach Mustafa. The type of style to cause Artur problems is someone like Ward. I can see Bivol changing it up and clinching in this fight, and using that as a form of defence. The choice of ref will be interesting.

Beterbiev can be REAL dirty in clinches, to the extent that it's fatal. Ref choice will be crucial.

I think Bivol will get there on points as he's not a finisher. If not, Beterbiev to knock him out.

Just watched the Bterebiev vs Usik old fight ... if you can move well and counter punch well Beterbiev is beatable .. for me its still 50 50

Usyk’s footwork is far superior than Bivol’s. Bivol’s footwork is overrated he’s good at going forwards and backwards and rarely goes laterally. This will sound ridiculous to you BUT! Beterbiev’s footwork is better than Bivol’s he does BOTH! he goes forwards, backwards and laterally side to side often.

Two smart fighters. I think Bivol might be able to sense when to get out of trouble better than BB. BB can be gung ho, and walk onto something. That's the only way I see Bivol getting the ko. Like the contributor said, if BB stays behind his jab for the first half of the flight, that could be enough.

Bivol wins this fight. He has long hands. He keeps a distance well. And Bivol is more faster.

If you are on about REACH, Beterbiev has a 73” reach, Bivol has a 72” reach. So you are wrong! Bivol is not much faster as well.

@@englishsimple1052 No it’s not, just going forwards and backwards in and out has worked against people who were afraid of having a proper scrap with Bivol. They ALL! got hit and crapped themselves. It won’t work with Beterbiev. He’s a monster, he’ll take it to Bivol and force him to fight. He’ll use his boxing skills to set him up then take him apart like ALL! the 20 before him. Bivol is getting broken down and viciously stopped. 💥🥊

I disagree with all of that arrogance and confidence are two different things. Beterbiev is arrogant bivol doesn't talk trash and isn't arrogant his quite demeanor is miss understood bivol is a killer a cold blooded killer and i feel everyone is underestimating him bivol is to smart and discipline bivol will overwhelm beterbiev with speed and foot work and enough power to keep to keep beterbiev guessing bivol wins easily and will out class beterbiev.

Even if Bivol were to tie up Artur, I think that would backfire on him. Artur is rough on the inside. That might get Bivol knocked out.

Clinching would be a sure ticket to losing esp. if the ref permits those dirty punches to the back of the head. Or flat hands. Beterbiev loves clinching. He goes into MMA mode.

Beterbiev won`t respect Bivols power after 2 - 3 rounds and will start to walk straight through Bivols punches. Bivol is great in keeping the distance, but Artur doesn`t give a f***.

Yes, he’s going to be on him right from the start. He’s going to be in his face, inside in the pocket which he’s the best in boxing at. Bivol is getting broken down, badly hurt and viciously stopped. 💥🥊

😂😂😂 ask to yarde and callum smith.... bivol made his reputation on a small boxer, not even close of a LHW. The 2 last fighters of bivol aren't in the top 20.
