Beterbiev's performance lately has been improving, even though he is already 40 years old. He finished off prime Gvozdyk, a very good complete boxer. As well as Callum Smith, Callum Johnson, Browne, Smith Jr., Yarde, these are very good boxers who had never been knocked out in their boxing careers.

I firmly believe that Oleksandr Gvozdyk was the more skilled and certainly the more technically proficient boxer, than Bivol combining finesse with impressive punching power. His ability to blend boxing skills with knockout potential set him apart in the ring. However, when it comes to Artur Beterbiev, he is not just a formidable fighter; he embodies the spirit of a true warrior. His mental fortitude is extraordinary and seems almost unshakeable. What truly distinguishes Beterbiev is his innate mental strength, a quality that goes beyond mere training or experience. It feels almost genetic as if he’s been born with an indomitable will that drives him to excel. This unique blend of resilience and ferocity transforms him into an exceptional knockout artist, a "KO machine" whose power is not only formidable but also deeply rooted in his character. In the world of boxing, where mental and physical prowess are equally crucial, Beterbiev's mental tenacity gives him an edge that can’t be easily matched. Далла аьтто бойла хьан, Артур!

Exactly what I said, Gvozdiek was Bivol level plus fighter and still got rocked! I like them both, but Artur in 8!

@@texas.made.the.realist.5313 you may laugh but he really would finish bivol 2-3 years ago, better and more technically advanced comparing to bivol, moreover he had heavy punches, dont judge based on his fight with benabiveds

@a.s8316 Gvozdyk call to fame was knocking out a 39 year old Stevenson who refused to fight Ward for undisputed. Bivol would make easy work of Gvozdyk then and now. Cute confidence, though

beterbiev would have a gold medal if he fought at light heavy, the russian team moved him to heavyweight and he lost to usyk, in their 3 amateur fights he dropped usyk once and had a standing 8 count another time. usyk wasnt even dropped by AJ or Fury.

Bivol and Gvosdyk have a similar style,although Bivol is more fluid and throws more combinations. Based on this i think Bivol does better but he cant simp,y through combinations with abandon because Beterbiev will look to counter this, so Bivol will have to be more selective. Beterbiev HAS to try and force the fight and Bivol HAS to try and avoid Beterbiev while getting in his own shots, a very very tough task. Interesting because ive never seen Bivol get tired and Beterbiev doesnt get tired. I lean toward Bivol but can he keep this up for 12 rounds???

The question you should be asking in a 22 foot ring is can a 40year-old keep up with Bivol , not the other way round
@johnnyzee3832 ай бұрын
@@Ultimagtr650 When was the last time Beterbiev was UNABLE to keep up with anyone?...indeed when was the last time you saw either fighter tired???Also, if you had any experience with boxing as I have, the person trying to avoid getting hit has a tougher time than the person pursuing, thats just a fact, and the reason is because the person attempting to not get hit has to react to whatever the pursuer is doing and that takes a huge amount of energy.

I don't know about this one 🤔 As much as I like both fighters, I'm gonna go with the younger man in Bivol, simply because he has much more variety to his boxing and a mover.... I wonder whether age catches up with Beterbiev, Cuts open up along with his past injuries coming to haunt him. Also he is a more come forward fighter, he chops you down, uses his powerful rod like jab effectively and the concussive puncher!.... Both are tough men so will it be points win for Bivol or a Knockout for Beterbiev?.... I would like to see Beterbiev do it, but would not be surprised if Bivol pulls through down the stretch being the younger man. 50/50?
@brucegelman55822 ай бұрын
Bivol cannot stand the sheer brutality of Beterbiev.Its like Artur becomes a crazed Berserker in the ring.He is not normal.A sweet man who says fighting is'nt good yet bludgeons everyone he fights.
@shefayetchowdhury63162 ай бұрын
@@brucegelman5582Age is only a number and father time doesn't stop for anyone and the last thing to always go is your punching power!.... Yes, Beterbiev is a beast and ferocious, his punches are all calculated and doesn't waste his punches, he is a man of few words. A combination of all those features from the man is always menacing and dangerous, but I think Bivol is aware of all this and will have a plan of nullifying Beterbiev's approach.... I do want Beterbiev to Win, and would love to see him knock out Bivol, but we'll have to wait and see.... Don't be surprised if Bivol pulls away on points, and out boxes him because he got great footwork and uses his jab effectively. Also don't be surprised if Beterbiev's old wounds open up..... Enjoy the night and fight.
