Lovely. And have to change the script, Matt is totally a man of words, powerful words, expressions, metaphors. He tells a real and powerful story of choosing God in their pain (his deep knowing God is good), the power of praise... "People of God, presence of God, pouring out the praise of God, there's a dynamic in that, that's healing." Matt's shares brilliantly about all of this... the metaphor of the arm out the window recalibrating, renewing our thinking around what's really true while things look and feel jarring or dissonant, or difficult--and getting that injection of our truths that God is Sovereign and kind and good. Love to hear more both Matt and Beth equally sharing your story of courtship and God's hand in that.

I’m not with him yet. But God has been confirming for a year and a half who my husband is. I’m not putting my hands on it like the lady said God doesn’t need me to make this happen. He was just their one day, on top of God confirming it he Also ticks everything on my husband list. Only God can do that because some of my desires really made my chances smaller!

Everyone’s story will be different but I met him once at a wedding, thought nothing of it after as I was with someone else . a mutual friend brought up his name to me months later (now I’m single). From the time she brought him up I felt like I couldn’t shake thoughts of him off me. God placed this man in my heart and told me to pray for him. Since then I’ve seen sign after sign.. even through doubts, asking the lord for confirmation and I received undeniable signs that he was my husband. Im still in waiting, but when God reveals something He will confirm it and do it.

Fast and pray sis ask God is it your will for me to be married I have a strong desire and want to meet a man of God soon. Ask God for scriptural confirmation that marriage is his plan for you. Most people that have a strong desire for marriage and pray about it trusting the lord with their future, they usually end up married. Also get out and meet people at bible studies, church, conferences etc and stay open to possibilities pray as you do this. God is good in our today and tomorrow and he has good things for our future, ask God to strengthen your trust. I hope this encourages you. Lots of love, Rebecca. ❤😊

I’m 68 and hoping to be remarried. But so help me, looking at the dynamic of these two, if I found a woman around me like that, I would run as far and as fast as I possibly could. I don’t know what scripture you’re basing the Holy Spirit telling you who you’re going to marry. God doesn’t force you to do anything, he can present opportunities but you ultimately decide. The Holy Spirit doesn’t make you do anything. Christians have to stop creating their own doctrine on how God will do something. Follow scripture. Goofy people

LOL. Force is different from tell, and I can't imagine why you'd confuse that. The Holy Spirit tells us to do things everyday. Read the same Bible you're trying to use as proof. I really wonder how we can become disciples to God if the Holy Spirit doesn't teach us what to do. And if you think God cannot guide you towards a person or He cannot want someone for you, you're wrong.
