I've been subscribed to you for a long time and every year this time of year without fail, I go watch your Halloween menu (and then your Thanksgiving and Christmas ones, but that witch's feast is and will always be my favorite). I wish you could do something new like that for Halloween but I also understand how time consuming they are. Either way, I'm just happy you're on youtube!

Aw thanks Andrea it's so funny because today I was thinking of that witches feast too and how fun that was. It is my favorite menu from the whole series of those menus too! Ha! I wish I could bring those Menu Episodes back, I just need to find a sponsor who believes in them as much as I do. Since they are expensive to produce (they take a whole shoot day and a week of editing) that unfortunately I can't afford to do on my own. But I'm working on it and I hope one day soon to be able to bring them back! :) And then we'll need to do a follow up to the witches feast, maybe the Warlock's Breakfast? Ha! Stay tuned!

I stumbled upon this bc I needed to use up some apples and puff pastry - great find! The video and recipe in the description were very clear. I added crystalized ginger (minced) in place of raisins, and squeezed a little lemon into the apple mix. The pastries were delicious!
