Summary: Both questions failed on a hand-counted vote. Some people exited right after casting their vote on second question (to stop hiring process for a new park & rec director).
The second result was 62 yes - 149 no.

Electors (registered voters) CAN ONLY VOTE in person, in the Town Hall gym. But if you can't attend or don't want to vote, this will be available if there are no technical difficulties. Expect to have to check in with the Registrars.
