we never find out but im guessing you're pregnant, i think her face reaction was ebcause she thought she had cancer which is what she was originally being tested for. i think she was a bit shocked and confused

normally the pain is from an ectopic pregnancy but she must have just had some complications, or maybe she was stressed and because she didn't know she was pregnant she was doing tooo much.. it was left unexplained though :S

this brought tears to my eyes. Just to know that Peyton is going to die in two weeks. She isnt coming back for season 7. My guess it that they r going to get married and then the baby is going to come and then she is going to die giving birth. Then Lucas will raise the baby.

no i meant the doctor probably said to her "you're pregnant" sorry should have put it in speech marks, yh she thought she had cancer because he asked her about the history of cancer in her family and when she said her mum had cancer he wanted to do tests so she thinks he's going to say she's got cancer but instead he just says she's pregnant... sorry if i upset you i didn't mean you were pregnant :)
