My sister in law took her necklace to be cleaned by a professional, and they took out her diamonds and replaced them with zirconias . Yes mam. She found out months later when she went to the original boutique she had purchased the necklace from and they told her that the diamonds had been taken out.

Quick Jewelry cleaning tips from a fine jeweler: To clean your diamonds and gemstones at home, use Efferdent just like you would clean your dentures. Gently scrub with a soft bristle toothbrush and rinse. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. For pearls, use the suds from a gentle shampoo and delicately massage through your pearls. Rinse and lay in a bundle to dry - if you stretch it out, the silk tread will stretch and we don't want that. For deeper cleaning, take to a jeweler or so as Bethenny says! She's awesome.😊 I hope this helps!

I have an ultrasonic cleaner and the cleaning solution I use is from Ny jewelry store. It gets my ring bright and shiny. I find that is cleans just as well as a professional cleaning.

It’s a plastic ring sizer. They usually come in a package with multiple sizes. And yes the work fantastic and are comfortable. No ring will ever be too big.

Bethenny, I would've cleaned all of your jewelry and more, by the time you're done with cleaning yours with the steamer. You can just clean it for a soft toothbrush and toothpaste or dish washing soap. I find one thing funny, you cleaned your jewelry and saying its shiny, but you didn't even show it to the viewers. You only showed it to your friend and yourself.
