Denise is genuinely such a nice person. Listened and watched to her for years, she’s is so authentic and original! RHOBH dropped the ball with her BIG TIME for allowing other cast members treat her the way she was! And look at Kyle and her situation now. The fact that Mauricio is cheating on her, and has been for years, is everywhere on the news, but she would not allow anyone to go there to discuss it. But with Denise she didn’t hesitate to stick her long nose into Denise’s business and make a spectacle out of it. Denise is such a star, no wonder the cast was so threatened by her. I agree with Denise about giving the kids time with both parents together. I had my son really young. When he was 5, his dad became involved. Over the years, we would go on vacations together and even share an airbnb. His wife and my boyfriend would come. When we had birthday parties or graduations, his dads whole family and my whole family would all be together. My parents are actually best friends with his parents. When I got pregnant with my daughter when my son was 15, his dad's mom (Grandma B) hosted my baby shower. My son just got his PhD. in Bioengineering from U-Penn. We went there for a week, his dad and step-mom came for 2 nights and we all hung out together and had a great time. I am proud that we were able to give our son these memories with both of his parents together, even though we were never together as a couple. I love that for all the big moments, his whole family has been under one roof, loving and supporting him without any drama or tension. No, everything wasn't always perfect, but we were friends before I got pregnant, so why wouldn't we be friends after? For us to have been together in the first place, there must be things we like about each other. So, just focus on those things and remember what you liked about your ex in the first place. Then, you can give your child the greatest gift, which is memories of good times spent with both parents and step-parents at the same time.

You then uncrossed them, but when Denise brought something about her dad, you crossed them again. it was around minute 53.54. At a young age, I became aware to never cross my arms not matter what, unless I'm freezing cold. I found that it's a way of me closing off or not listening fully. Not judging you at all, just planting a seed for thought. Keep doing all the amazingness that ewe do. RICKY

Love Denise. She seems so very down to earth & laid back in contrast to her fame. Seems as though she has always taken the high road despite being shit on. Great interview! ❤

She went off with her friends husband and had an affair. Not the most moral gal, in mor ways than 1. But seems a strong character n down 2 earth tho.

Bethany, it's so great that you're doing your own podcasts, on your own terms. This was an amazing interview, I've never seen Denise so comfortable, it was like two girlfriends catching up. Can't wait to see what's next❤

What a lovely refreshing mature human being. Great interview. Not at all what you think and hear and see about people in the public eye or the entertainment industry.

I absolutely adore Denise. She has always stayed authentic throughout her life and an absolute sweetheart. I felt terrible for her when she was up against the housewives fox force flunkies. Thank you for doing this interview. As someone who has suffered with addiction I wanted to thank you for calling it a disease because it definitely is and such a difficult thing to go through. ❤

Denise is such an intelligent, wise, calm and insightful woman. Very very honest and likeable. They clearly are comfortable with each other - Bethenny brings out the best Denise …I never saw this on the show. She’s a really decent women and human.

Years ago I was a regional finalist in Elite Model's Look of The Year contest in Century City. Ha! Denise was too. They lined us up from tallest to shortest and I recall Denise and I being waaaay in the back! 😂😢 We both started laughing and made small talk with one another. Just a memory I have of her! 😊

Denise was such a fan favorite after her first season because real recognizes real, and Denise was about as real and natural as a performer ever allowed herself to get on such a highly produced incredibly popular ‘reality’ show. AND that she was enraged most of those fake jealous insanely competitive bishes on that show.

What a down to earth lady Denise is. She could be high and mighty w her nose in the air, but she’s just like anyone else on the street. Which is so refreshing! She should be in more things these days. No ego. Like what? That exists in Hollywood?? And she’s so honest! Wow.

Seeing Denise Richards on RHOBH, AND CALLING ENTITLED ERIKA OUT, REALLY REALLY NEEDED TO HAPPEN FOR ERIKA TO REALIZE THAT NOT EVERYBODY IS INTIMIDATED BY HER PRECEDENCE IN THE ROOM!!!!! AND I STRUGGLE WITH THE DISEASE OF ADDICTION; I HAVE 9.5 YEARS CLEAN AND SERENE AND I AM GOING TO SCHOOL AT THE AGE OF 44 TO PAY IT FORWARD,to be an advocate for homeless individuals, and the mental disease of addiction!!!! I've lost MORE people than I can count!! Thank you for your compassion and voice speaking on the stigmatized negative ideologies FROM SOCIETY ON THE DISEASE OF ADDICTION!!! YOU 2 TOGETHER=👑👑💎💎✨✨🙏🏼🙏🏼💯💯💯💯💯💐

I just have to say I haven't seen any of Bethenny's interviews, but she is asking all the right questions, self deprecating in the best way, and getting Denise to open up naturally. I haven't seen Denise's episodes on Real Housewives either, but I respect her a lot more after watching this. Both relatable and authentic.

Bethenny did a fantastic job with this interview. Denise and Bethenny meshed well. It had zero to do with Denise not letting Bethenny control the interview, which by the way the way is her job, she’s the interviewer.

Bethenny I had no idea you interviewed Denise Richards. I never got the notification on YT. You did a fantastic job and the whole interviewed just flowed like 2 old friends sitting on a couch playing catch up. I absolutely adored Denise for years. She is so down to earth and I hated the way she was treated on the RHBH. I remember how strong she was during the Charlie divorce and kept her girls from the public eye to protect them. What strong beautiful women you both are. Much love to you both.

The back and forth comments on this post are SO INTERESTING! Without getting into resumes, of all the women ever on on RHBH, Denise was BY FAR the most genuine and the most interesting. Bethany had a score with this interview and it left me wanting more Denise, which is the measure of a successful interview, no? Great job Bethany.
