Christal J when I went back to listen they didn’t actually ask him about “transitioning”...they said “we heard you are about to make a transition”. They were referring to him transitioning out of doing hair (bc this is tea). I think Alonzo took the question a different way, bc in his mind That’s what they meant. You can tell by the interviewers body language at the end of the question that they’re completely confused, but trying to save face. Hence why the next question was about hair again. They never meant to stray away from that. This was basically just poor wording choice.
