This is almost 30 years ago, so "built bodies" weren't as common (though FYI Whitney did have breast implants), and twerking wasn't necessarily mainstream yet (but it was definitely happening). This time she sang them lvie in parts something she never did to preserve her voice. Alanta , brazil in like 93 and 94 are the only surviving live videos I have seen bar this one. There is also a 2004 Bankok one too which is raspy but live. She was a good singer and did most stuff live but thats not easy to hit by any means and it would have hurt her voice doing those belts every time.
