There was this time, I have a teammate with 8000+ matches on marksman role alone and his recent matches is 50 on marksman and the there's two blank roles like how did you manage to go to mythic with just one role. Bad ending: He autolock Popol and Kupa and got bronze.

When Betosky said that those two were fighting over red buff, i remembered recently when i played Baxia roam, i went to check our markmsan (Bruno) so he doesnt get ganked, i rolled in the bushes and found Clint and Johnson waiting for him...i started 1 v 2, i could have win, but then Hanzo came as well and it was basically 1v3...Bruno was half a meter away and he kept farming the lane and never helped, he could have get double kill before Hanzo came..i said report Bruno and he kept screaming that i am noob and i fight alone LOL. At the late game my whole team realised that he is the worst player in our team and also so toxic. Everyone reported him in the end. And i was MVP again. With Tank.

Yes, that Benthing's Franco Crucial Hooks are sooo really good! They can take down one-by-one everytime when he has a Back up for damage to Pick-off enemies. But sadly, Atlas can counter the most annoying hero in the META today because the passive revamp of Atlas that can stun lock him anytime when he was too close at Atlas.

You should at least count on 1 hero, maybe our marksman for late game potential, or our mage for possible gank from early to mid, if our jungler is so bad at the decision. Tank job is not just sacrificing yourself for the team, but it's to make decision that can carry our team in the later, don't care how much sh*t your team said, if you're successful you can at least feel happy if your team doesn't throw the game so much.

When playing tank in solo queue, I would recommend to use those who can carry the game or have enough dmg while still can do its job to set up, give vision, etc. Khufra is a good example of this for he can do sufficient dmg with 2nd skill and cursed helmet, set up kills even from afar (plus the amazing ult flicker), dmg reduction and tons of cc (he can also stop tigreal invasion too). I just noticed that he is very favorable by players in the Philippines server in mythic rank games compared to other roamers available.

I think all of us can relate in Betosky's situation. Nothing is more painful than doing your best plays and carrying using a tank or a support while having inexperienced teammates. Aside from this, many inexperienced players tend to blame the tank or support when things didn't go their way. But on the bright side, being able to carry and win using tank or a support in this situations can be one of those moments where you can boast about.

Honestly, I would enjoy ML so much more if 1. Moonton created some sort of requirement system (other than credit score) to play in ranked and 2. That 90% of the ML community Wasn't toxic. Honestly, I've had fun playing ML while losing. The enemy team and I were actually having decent conversation and were making jokes back and forth. I actually felt pretty good even though we lost. Sure, losing isn't fun, but the game can still be fun if everyone tries to keep a good attitude whether losing or not. Toxicity just makes everyone angry and depressed. Edit: I suppose when you're losing this bad though... kind of hard to control your behavior at times 😅

If you know how to land hooks, you're good. Just hook them by turrets, it works all the time. Run Flicker too, to bring them toward your turret 💯 it's an amazing combo!

To those tank users out there, if your ally core is not in a good situation, better leave them to safely farm alone, while you, as the tank, protect the sidelane. I say this because in my experience of playing sidelane, I am dominating the game, but it's still not enough. I don't rely on our carry. All I need is a tank or a support to help me. If there is any, I usually just rotate as if I'm the midlaner of our team.

Depending on how the core plays, it's not a bad idea to save the core instead. If you're losing the sidelane, then you should just do your best to hold on until your team comes to gank. But if you are dominating, then I don't see a reason why your teammates should come help you in the first place unless there's a gank going on.

If you dominate sidelanes too much You get the mythical 5 man gank Come 3vs 1 i can take ya But 4 and 5 means ggs Here tanks presence can make a big difference Or if they really smart, they'd just ignore your lane and focus on getting kills at other lane to get gold advantage Remember one game i dominated exp, but gold laner fed sooooo hard that we didn't get advantage even when i had more than 12 kills(it was a hanabi)

@@Strider626 in the circumstance, it would've been better to switch lanes in the early game instead. Or your teammates could gank the gold laner more. Regarding 4/5 man ganks, 5 man ganks don't happen at high ranks in the early game unless they're contesting the turtle. And a gank with 4 people shouldn't be avoided with a tanks presence in the field, but the bushes instead. A 4 man gank can easily be avoided if the tank chooses to give vision for the team instead. Heck, you can even win the 4v2 if you have a good lead.

The other team was actually winning, and their Lancelot starts to place blame on others, criticizing and everything. Swear to God, this is a thing in any team game. There's always someone who cost us the game because they cannot keep their mouth shut about minor/harmless mistakes here and there. Some will not take criticism very well and will just start to feed the enemy because their teammates always point out their every mistakes in ridiculing manner, and I don't blame them some times, especially if they got star protection. Happens to tanks most often, because they are expected to omnipresent, and they're usually the slowest moving unit in the game. Even when you're rotating almost perfectly, you cannot be present in every fights on every lane at the same time. I think this is discouraging people from picking tanks in rank matches. There is just no incentive to playing that role. One dies in gold lane, blames tank who is helping take turtle or lord. One dies in exp lane, blames tank. Hyper dies- "mf tank". Crazy.

Not a tank but a support, the feeling of helplessness when it's late game and you're losing. Your stubborn teammates recklessly fight even though advanced minions r coming. Wiped out except you, you want to defend but you have barely any damage, so you just watch as the enemy push ur base, powerless as ever :(

As a tank player it hard having team like that especially when you using franco,lolita and any other hero that need help from team mate but if you using like akai or belerick you might can carry your team

As someone who plays tigreal a lot, I not only have to tank dmg for my team, i also have to tank criticism from my team for their lack of experience (for example when i am ready and pinging for assistance, but they just ignore me and continue with their stuff)

Everytime. After thousands experience with tank, I know when to setup the war and my map awareness become stonk. Sometimes im about to initiate but team are far away
