Here are some rules to this game which the GG didn't quite get right, for anybody interested: You're technically not supposed to read your own Event cards - somebody else does without telling you what happens if succeed/fail until after you roll. I'm not sure if they mentioned this, but "physical damage" is Speed or Might, while "mental damage" is Sanity or Knowledge. For the Omen roll, you need to roll equal to or higher than the counter. So if the counter is a 1 and you roll a 1 (with six die - serious fail) then you do not trigger the haunt. You are allowed to move out of the Mystic Elevator even if you found it this turn (unless you're out of movement). The only thing that ends a turn, besides running out of movement or willingly ending it, is drawing a non-tile card (event, curse, or item). The Collapsed Room only triggers the first time it is revealed. Otherwise it is an option trigger for anybody who enters.

I have this awesome board game called Vampire Hunter, where you had to kill the vampire in his coffin before he escaped on a ship in a set number of turns. The big thing of this game was that you played with the lights off and the only light came from the lighthouse tower that switched between red and blue which showed traps and such on the board. I guess the only way for Table Flip to do it is to have a camcorder with a night vision mode.

That, or wear glow in the dark patches or dimly lit L.E.D.s to tell who's whom. Night vision wouldn't work because we wouldn't be able to tell what's happening on the board.

"Sanity" in this game is more "Bravery" or "Courage" because it is constantly coming up when something scary happens. "Mental" Damage is okay in my opinion because it doesn't imply mental illness, just the state of your mind, like a gauge between "calm" and "stressed"

It's usually a tentative link between the users grasp with reality or "this player is losing the ability to tell the difference between real life and fiction". I miss this channel playing board games. I wish they would bring this back in some capacity. It's nice to see innocent goofing and playing rather than the chaos of ten minute power hour. I understand most of the people that were on the show don't work at grumps nor would want to do this again, but maybe Tucker or Jory or someone else in the office could take over. I feel like Suzy would've been less hated on the Game Grumps if she added to the comedy instead of trying to contain it. She might've even been my favorite grump, but I just can't laugh with her or at her attempt at comedy. (REALLY NOT TRYING TO HATE.)

She's not trying to contain the comedy, this game would take long enough without them all stopping to go off on tangents especially since they have to say what they're doing. This isn't like a video game where you can talk and play, part of these kinds of games is you Sort of have to explain what happens.

I agree that it's required that they continue the game instead of ranting but she is just generally less funny than the rest and that makes her stick out like a sore thumb when playing with the rest. I'm not saying she can't be funny or that she doesn't add to the group, because she does but her attempts at comedy are usually cringe worthy when she plays with a group more than four. She can be a nice contrast when playing with just Arin and even quite funny when in steam rolled. It's just that when playing on this show she seems to be quite unfunny and always trying to continue the game rather than focus on what the show is about which is playing a game and hearing the commentators reactions and humour to the situations.
