That's the one I came here to listen to.. wish I could find an adlib version of it somewhere.

This is a real gift, thank you. This game is my favorite of all time and introduced me to Ray's works. I now have six of my students getting hooked on them. Can't wait to play this in class during independent work!

You are a hero. Soundtrack is unreal, but evenly matched by the quality and ingenuity of the masterpiece game.

My all-time favourite computer game and computer RPG. This soundtrack is still amazing to this day.

Correct and correct. With you 100%. I still make friends, wives, etc., play this (especially if they`ve read the books!)

@@qayss8977 This game is a large part of the reason I was so upset with how Raymond Feist treated the Locklear character in The King's Buccaneer.
@qayss8977 Жыл бұрын
@@Lupin788 Haha, are you me? It was Prince of the Blood where he slept with the fishes, btw. That's always bugged me as well. Props to writer(s) of the game, as they fleshed out his character pleasantly as well, and yes, make you really hate to see him go in the books. That being said, the older I've gotten, the more I'm fine with how Locklear went, as in the bigger scheme of things it adds to the number of "surprise" important character deaths (errant arrow!) throughout the series, which I like. p.s. I "think" I recall reading in an old interview that Feist himself may have regretted it, and even added some details and tied up some loose-ish ends in more recent (old at this point) version of the book.

@@qayss8977 You're right! It's been a while since I read those books. "Prince of the Blood" - yes! I was so angry at the disrespect to Locklear. It wasn't so much that he died but that it happened "off-screen" and for such an inconsequential reason.

If you've love in your heart and play this game, you will understand so much -- even if you don't beat it.

Thank you so much for this. It sure does bring back a lot of memories. It's clear that you not only put a lot of effort putting this together, but you've spent a great deal of time playing it as well.

Hello Mika My Chapter One Dialogue Music is not using the Harp/Lute/String instrument. It sounds like a squelchy synth. I'm using a real MT-32 and every other piece of music sounds like yours.

Thank you kindly. No Eortis and Travels tho
@mikahuuhka56353 жыл бұрын
Thank you. Would it be that Eortis is named "Gorath's demise" (or do you mean Temple of Eortis, which is named "The Temple"), and Travels is named "Jimmy The Hand" here?

this time the Roland MT-32 sounds too different to the original. 24:26 like the inn. there's too much added in. just my opinion.

I agree with you (although I still love it). "The Mercantile" (shop theme) is also too. . . weird and new sounding.
