Better Audio! Strip My Mind - RHCP- Live Bercy, Paris 2006

Hey! The video isn't mine but can be found later on in the description. I found the video and it seems to be one of the only good videos of them playing Strip My Mind with John. I loved it and wanted better audio as well so I fixed it up a little. Sounds great through a good pair of headphones or a PA. The bass is more in the mix as well as the drums are cleared up a little. The vocals are a little weird but not too bad. Johns guitar is clearer as well. Nothing major done to the recording just a little fix. If anyone has any decent recordings of the song or rare RHCP shows from 2005-2007 please let me know! Hope you enjoy it!

Anyone who doesn't understand the Chili Peppers is John's band need only listen to this song. In hindsight how lucky we were that he finally embraced his inner rock star on Stadium Arcadium and left it all on the stage for us before he had to go away for such a long while. Thank the ghosts he's back!

I totally understand and it makes me cry too. That long first note carries so much pain with the sustained distortion and all that tension is released and then it climbs to that soaring melody… absolutely beautiful. Makes me feel so alive

This is the moment, when I fell in love with this song. I've heard it a million times, but never really liked. John's vocal is amazingly incredibly fucking good!!! I wish I could hear him singing more often. I mean I love Anthony's vocal, because it's full of sexuality and humor. But John's voice can be soft and strong and passionate and heartful... They are complement each other.
