I really think this is the best comment I've ever seen and SO true. With the amount of side projects Flea has done and the trauma the band has suffered, that would have ended most bands, it's Flea's love for the band and Anthony that keep driving it forward. It's really something very beautiful :)

I’ve always really loved that the RHCP songs really show off the bass whereas a lot of other bands kinda hide it right underneath the surface where it can be hard to distinguish. But for them it’s right there at the front and I adore that
