This is SPLENDID! You have an excellent directors eye and control of mise en scene (doesnt matter that its stock VALVe animations, you had to fit them in), as well as camera blocking and cinematography, which is of impeccable level; such level I don't remember seeing with other SFM artists... and this is speaking from someone who studies film and *everything* regarding it for almost 10 years now. This is great work man, you have rightfully earned a sub, and I hope to see more from you :3

I like this animation, but I don't like how in half life alyx they made the metro police look and move more disciplined, like they we're trained, high-ranking, officers who know what they were doing. In half life 2 the civil protection where just thugs and poorly-trained cowards, hiding behind a mask with the most dangerous weapon they were allowed to wield being an smg with a few clips.

I think they are still thugs and poorly-trained cowards, I mean look at the scene in the van in HLA. From what little we see they are still the exact same as HL2 In my opinion, they don't look organised at all, their strategy just being 'flood' the area with cops.

@@Eyeling Yeah I can confirm this is a unused and unfinished animation that I didn't even bother fixing (the hands actually clip through each other, I imagine the CP was meant to hold something like a stunstick but it wasn't added in)
