Spot on Imon with your discussion at the end. This episode wonderfully showcases how slippin' Jimmy tactics can be used for good even if they might technically be "illegal" or are viewed as "unethical". It also raises the question of how unethical can it really be if it was actually good for the family and meant that man's daughter only has to spend 5 months away from him rather than 2-4 years.

Saul wants to always find the hardest special way, thats why after losing Chuck. The change is, he never approved of his online courses, that is why he tried to impress and get a thank you from Walter too for doing magic for him. He never truly changed in BB, it is always there with him.

The show does a great job of questioning when and whether legality aligns with morality (especially later in the season with Mesa Verde and a certain old man).

Mike was feeling guilty about Werner. That's why he got angry and hit Kai for what he said but just took it when the other guy insulted him. Mike is an honest crook. Jimmy, or should I say Saul, has finally figured out who he is. Kim on the other hand is trying to figure everything in her life out. From her relationship with Saul/Jimmy to what kind of lawyer she wants to be. That will be a big part of this entire season. Oh, and this is the best season of the show in my opinion.

The thing with Jimmy tricking Kim's client at the end is the same thing that has gone on throughout the entire show. Yes him tricking them leads to the client getting the best outcome but the end does not justify the means which in this particular case is illegal. Basically, that situation is a microcosm of the entire show.
