What’s interesting to me is that Jimmy’s play *could* have failed. They make a point of Howard saying he can go alone; Chuck insists on going. If it was just Howard there, he may have been able to smooth things over with Kevin. Howard is a great salesman. But, Chuck being there and insisting that he’s right and basically arguing with Kevin and talking down to Paige sealed it. Chucks arrogance is his ultimate weakness

Yea definitely, I thought about how Chuck handled it while editing. He just is so arrogant and sure of himself that he could never ever be wrong and that everyone else must be that it just makes things so much worse. I definitely feel Howard could've talked around it a lot better.

Yeah true, both brothers have an arrogance that is their downfall. Had jimmy not taken it upon himself to “save” Kim, the whole mess could’ve been avoided

Shouting at Ernesto was pretty much the point where I stopped sympathizing with Chuck. I mean, I still _agreed_ with him a lot, but yelling at E. to shut up? Not cool, man.

29:23 Actually, not too difficult to figure out that Jimmy doctored the documents or how he did it, particularly for readers of mystery novels. Of all the people who had access to Chuck's house, only two people had the opportunity to do it. And of those two people, only Jimmy had motive. The rest is simply retracing the steps necessary to complete the task. And so, Chuck's mistake was his eagerness. He should've collected evidence before turning in the documents.
