Fun fact about Tuco's grandma, she totally knew it was a blood stain on the carpet. Club soda doesn't do anything for salsa, but it's one of the most common ways to clean up blood
@andrewdunn877829 күн бұрын
@@agentohio1699 on the other hand, club soda is basically media shorthand for "the secret to clean a stain out of fabric". A BCS writer would have heard about the club soda trick while watching some other piece of media, and included it for that reason In "What Women Want", Alan Alda's character uses some to get food out of his tie. There's also an old book I read years ago where somebody is hiding in the bathroom while somebody else gets some club soda to get a drink stain out of their dress.

The girl who lived there was set up in a hotel. I didn't live there that first year, but the manager met Vince Gilligan. I gather the location director liked the pointy details of the building. Theres always confusion about the check: If Jimmy cashes the check, HHM can say they compensated Chuck and the matter is settled. This means if there are any medical bills, if hes ousted from Partnership, if he wants to file a suit in 5-10 years, HHM can point to that check and say "That was his compensation." It was made out to Jimmy to compensate him. But in the eyes of the law, it could be seen as Jimmy is Chuck's caretaker, and therefore it was still Chuck's severance. Jimmy isnt "money grubbing." He and Chuck are broke ATM. 26k wont last very long. Jimmy is playing the long game for the sake of his brother.
@AjayBlancoАй бұрын
On the other hand, it is possible that the company genuinely cares about Chuck, wants him to have money and expects him to go back to work in the future.

Jimmy is never actually acting in Chuck’s interest. He keeps Chuck in his current state in order to prop up his own sense of loyalty and self-worth instead up helping him. He makes the choice to sacrifice Chuck for his own emotions every day.
@dnish6673Ай бұрын
That’s not how the law would see it at all. There’s no severance in a partnership, just a buyout and it’s strictly under the agreement. They were paying him his monthly draw from partnership income, and his acceptance would show he didn’t want out.

But when the checks came in, I bet she was O.K. with it.... lol. P.S. directors of Breaking Bad have keep it no secret of their "love" for the movie Scarface. Walt and Walt jr. are seen even watching the movie. Tuco's granny in BCS played Scarface's mother. Don Eladio played the character Manny in Scarface, and even the actor that played Hector was in Scarface.

After that, Tuco said they should be punished, and Jimmy quickly admitted they are guilty and find out the least amount of punishment However, Jimmy's metaphor was misinterpreted by Tuco and reached a crisis point, but he could receive a light sentence for cartel-style executions He is the best lawyer of all time.

Also speaking at the end about Chuck's condition. One of the hardest thing to understand about something being psychological, even if it is not real the person can mentally make it real to them. So Chuck does experience pain, he isn't pretending. Since pain is simply sending signals to our brain its not that hard to understand our brain not working properly even if we should know better. Its one of the best character flaws as Jimmy says Chuck is brilliant person but still clearly has his flaws. On opposite end Jimmy isn't usually appreciated because he is full of flaws but is brilliant in his own way that is hard to see. Its a great contrast.

I always knew George would love this show because of how much he enjoys competent people doing things competently. I also love the juxtaposition of Walt and Jimmy. Both start in a similar situation. They're desperate for money, but too prideful to take money that is flat out offered to them because of where it is coming from. Both turn to crime instead. But where Walt is an egomaniac who thinks he's more competent than he is, Jimmy doesn't care about his dignity and knows exactly where his strengths lie. I won't get too deep into Jimmy's character as so to avoid spoilers, but I just love that Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul are similar stories, but each has a main character with a drastically different fatal flaw, changing how events play out.
