These videos are so excellent, thank you! I also find it so interesting hearing Fabian say that the way Kim unloads on him feels “earned” and “a long time coming” from the audience’s perspective, when I distinctly remember realizing in this season just how poorly Howard has been treated this whole show. The man is not a monster and Kim attacks him here at his lowest and most vulnerable moment, and ur only gets worse from here. MAN did Howard get done dirty.

I also heavily sympathized with Howard in that scene and really for the rest of the show, and while I don’t necessarily agree with her attacking him this way, I do think Kim earned this moment. She has all this pent up frustration at Howard for the way he treated her in the earlier seasons, and I think this scene is not only her defending her partner (whom she has also watched Howard treat poorly), but also her releasing this frustration when she is no longer bound by the shackles of professionalism that she tries so hard to maintain. We have seen her professional facade crack before, however slightly, like when she snaps at Paige in season three after being wracked with guilt over what she and jimmy did to chuck. Now she has seen the way Howard’s actions have affected jimmy, and the combination of her love for him and her dislike of Howard (and Chuck, and really the legal establishment as a whole) have pushed her over the edge and she uses this moment as an opportunity to let her feelings out.

28:12 oh, i remember they said something about dressing criminals in red on this show and now the fact that her shoes are red on the bottom goes well with the fact that she's this business woman on the surface and a criminal underneath. Intentional or not, that's pretty cool😅

I really don't think Howard deserved those words from Kim :/ I really don't. She could have conveyed her feelings better. Howard was grieving as well
