Wait Kate mulvaney and Damon Herriman are Aussies? Wow, their Northern English accents were totally on point.

These Aussies are good at adapting to the different accents.

I thought somewhat opposite to you, I thought it was very light on actual content. It didn't explore the relationships and events especially deeply. Told everything but actually revealed very little. His relationship with Gary Barlow, or his working partnership with Guy Chambers, just those segments were worthy of a full movie to me.

@@nickpellatt There's only so much you can put into a biopic. Especially it's runtime. Maybe there's deleted scenes. But you can only cram so much in. Because Robbie went through a lot. If it was a series? You could individually focus & delve more on those people in each episode more easily.

I agree. Im not a Robbie fan,i think he was very careful over what was said in this movie. I loved it and cried at the end, even though that never actually happened in real life. He never sang with his father or even mentioned his father at that event. He also met Nicole on TOTP,but i guess meeting on a boat provided a good dance scene.

@WhosTheMorley Agree, but that's the failure here for me. I'd prefer a single segment of his life in depth, rather than covering so much of his story just be glossing over it

@@LAGW49 It's like anything in movies. They have to hollywoodenize it all for entertainment. It saddens me though that didn't really happen between Robbie & His Father singing at the end.

@nickpellatt I understand. It's the same complaint I always hear about the Harry Potter Films. Hence why a series is now happening to put every detail of the books into the series.
