There is a mod called nvidium, which only works on nvidia cards, which uses the video card more and this helps immensely with the game's performance, especially with many chunks, the only bad point is that it is deactivated when activating a shader

It could be, but I believe that the biggest cause of your fps being like this is your ram memory, so much so that it is being used at its maximum, a little while ago I put together a modpack with a lot of heavy mods and saw that it was lagging, I changed all the PC and maintained the same amount of fps, I ended up buying another 16GB stick and ended up doubling my fps@@Heliosentrismo
