Thanks for the video! I don't cook the eggs as long. They are still cooking when removed from pan so they should still be moist. If you mix in some catsup and shredded cooked spinach at the end, you have the delicacy known as Joe's Special, which is a treat at the more ancient California restaurants.

You decorate food like a real German lol. Slice some red peppers on top of it, chopped spring onions, add a spoonful of saure sahne or creme freiche on the side, or just a bit of any store-bought sauce dammit es nicht so traurig aussieht. I'd also toast the bread a bit, brown it or at least drizzle the meat juice on the slices. Man this is a lazy video if I've ever seen one.
