Dude I remember getting a bite of my mom’s chicken bake as a kid, and I never forgot about that. Unfortunately we aren’t in an area with a Costco and it wasn’t until now YEARS later I decided to try and find a recipe lmao I’m so late.

I learned to make it from sam the cooking guy. To keep it low cals i use turkey bacon low fat cheese and greek yogurt (to make the dressing). It's not 100% authentic but who cares, tastes good and guilt free.

You could, but I didn’t. You can do cold fermentation for 1st proof.

Can i substitute Ranch with Bechamel sauce instead?

I have never tried it with bechamel but you could try it. I think it would be a good substitute. My only concern is, water content for bechamel is higher than ranch, so if you have mayonnaise, perhaps incorporate it 1/2 mayo, 1/2 bechamel?
