INGREDIENTS:
680 g of potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
60 g of grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 clove of garlic
Dipping sauce (optional):
2 tbsp sour cream
Fresh parsley or green onion, dill
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Bake the potatoes at 215C/420F for 20-25 minutes.
