2 lb /1 kg mini potatoes
Olive oil
Parmesan
Season with salt and pepper
Chives (optional)
DIPPING SAUCE: (optional but very recommended)
2 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Chives
Pinch of salt

Very easy good received. I do ,in this way,sometimes with..feta chease,and all kind of cedar cheese,or without .. Sometimes put also garlic,or parsley ,fine chopped. Some people love to put dill. SOME PEOPLE PUT,ORDINARY ONIONS,EGGS IN SOUR CREAM.. I prfeffer with green oniones( chives) and green garlic..
