[Better than Luzon's EXPRESSWAY??] WIDE PUBLIC HIGHWAYS (AH26) OF SOUTHERN MINDANAO (Philippines)

Hi guys! Finally, I got the chance to upload new video after a week. I just want you to see our public highways here in Southern Philippines. Made this video while riding a public bus from General Santos City to Polomolok, South Cotabato. Happy watching!! :)

Yes, it is only 5-6 changes of directionfrom General Santos to Koronadal. But unfortunately, there are far too many fatalities, most are when cars cross the yellow double barrier line, which is strictly illegal. But there is also no investigation into traffic accidents. There are many who would end up in prison for negligent homicide in other countries, especially in European countries. But it is far too easy to get a certificate on cars up to 4500kg

Some parts are still concrete.. then they just added asphalt..

Circlevin yea its the same in Indonesia. Usually the new ones use concrete, then a few years later they turn to asphalt. But for national roads, since a few years ago the government started using rubber asphalt.

President Duterte have big attention about development in Mindanao. I think the previous leader of Philippines like President Arroyo or President Noynoy Aquino the Philippines development is too focus at Luzon island especially Metro Manila (Luzon-centric). Other parts of Philippines like Visayas and Mindanao still lagging behind in terms of development. Yes this is classical problem in many developing countries. But now under Duterte administration, the development at the Philippines it's very different. He build a large road with several lines to fulfill the needs of people at Mindanao and Visayas. He want to spreading Infrastructure development to narrowing the economic GAP between Luzon and Visayas/Mindanao. I wish Philippines can catching up the Infrastructure development with other ASEAN countries like Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Thank you Kuya, greeting from Indonesia 🇮🇩🇵🇭
