Saw John Butler Trio twice in Atlanta, Georgia. About to see them a third time FINALLY in Red Rocks Colorado. Oddly enough their concert was the first I ever attended that wasn't part of a music fest, a group I was playing saxophone with, or an up and coming group playing at a bar. It was less than 4 days after my mother died. The songs played that night gave an especially vital message to me, and will always stick with me.
