I made this dish tonight minus some of the spices that were not readily available. Hubby love it, as he doesn't like anything to spices but if I might offer a suggestion, could you place all of the ingredients down so we would know exactly what is needed instead of going backwards and forwards on your video. The Red Hot Stingin Honey Garlic Sauce, was the one thing I couldn't fine, so I had to order if from Amazon. I also left out the "Cognac" as we don't drink, and I would be clueless in trying to ascertain a bottle for this dinner. Do you actually taste the Cognac and is the Red Hot Stingin Sauce truly hot? It's a thumbs up for me though.
