Omg! We used lobster and shrimp for this recipe but it turn out delicious! We also substituted the spinach with broccoli, ricotta with non-dairy cream cheese, and non-dairy heavy whipping cream due to dietary restrictions. Overall, this meal was busing with flavor and goodness. Thanks for sharing!

Put your lasagna between paper towels. And, add a little oil in the water, while boiling. Both of these tricks will help your noodles from sticking. It looks delish and I will be making it the day before Thanksgiving for dinner to surprise my family. :-)
