Better than pizza! I cook this vegetable casserole 3 times a week! Healthy and delicious! Just chop the vegetables and bake them in the oven! Zucchini in the oven turns out so delicious that you just have to try them! A friend from Spain taught me how to cook this vegetable recipe in the oven. Zucchini in the oven is a delicious and simple dish that can be cooked quickly. This is the perfect dish for those who like simple and delicious vegetarian recipes. Try it too!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4 zucchini.
Salt.
Mix well.
Leave for 10 minutes.
2 red onions.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 carrot.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2 paprikas.
Stir the vegetables from time to time.
7-8 mushrooms.
Salt. Black pepper.
Basil.
Mix well.
2 garlic.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
3 eggs.
Salt.
Milk 1.5 cups / 300 ml.
Olive oil 30 ml.
Flour 5 tablespoons.
Baking powder.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Dill.
Cheese.
Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Mmm... very tasty 😋.

Not sure if its the presenter or you-tube doing the english translations? A more accurate English translation is Red/Yellow Pepper instead of Paprika. In English Paprika is a spice. I do appreciate that you put the ingredient list/recipe in the description

Looks delicious however being a professional chef tooooo much salt, use less dishes by starting with mayonnaise in large dish then add yogurt etc., speed up the whisking & prep, it’s painful to watch. The pan used is horrific.

Thank god for being able to 2x the speed. Otherwise so long. The added salt in the zucchini may be to get the water out. You can wash and paper dry them after soaking in the salted water to try and get rid of the salt.

I’d prepare all the ingredients before I start the cooking process rather than the way it was shown in the video. It is very healthy though. I’d probably create a different sauce. Mayo and dill doesn’t sound very appealing. Overall concept is great. Thank you.
