Wanaka was my absolute favourite after Milford Sound. Would gladly go back. I kayaked in the lake. Enjoy! Also just wanted to say I really enjoy your channel. Keep up the fabulous work!

it's weird seeing you in places I have been, I loved Wanaka & the cinema is an experience!! Roy's Peak & Robroy Glacier are amazing. I walked the peninsula but biking it would have been better for the feet. enjoy the eels!!

its amazing to see what it looks like in the sunnier days when me and my family went there we went skiing but it was so amazing and beautiful, its my dream to go back one day :D

I wanna come and live to new zealand in about 2 years when i'm not in the military anymore (i'm gonna use that time to save money for this project) and i'm looking for where is the best place for us to settle so do you recommend Wanaka? Can you tell me real quick what are the pros and cons of this place? Thanks you very much :)

the pros of Wanaka is that it is a small town and u dont really need a car to go somewhere in town. Also puzzling world is a great stop and u have to go there. Cons are that it is quite expensive and some things are not worth the money. A good place to stay would be with a family with spare rooms that u can flat in. I find from my experience traveling somewhere that this is the most fun way to stay in Wanaka. Hope u return soon. From a Wanaka local

I don't miss wanaka at all. It's cool if you're a tourist to see all the nature things but that's not what the locals did everyday. The nature stuff got old fast
