It's the juvenile law and if any common man aged below 18 did the same they would also get the bail without any essay writing or any traffic social work. And as per my knowledge judges get a lot of allowances and salary that they don't even need to take bribes

If you knew anything about the Juvenile Justice Board, you would know it doesn’t have any judges on it. It has three social workers appointed by Maharashtra government. It is not a court.

I really would like to hear from you about going down of the judicial system in India. Particularly after the Pune Porche case there are so many other cases surfaced where there is no justice done for the common man. Top to bottom including the Chief Ministers are involved. People have lost faith in the all the system including the supreme court.

When you try to change anything in judiciary system in any country desperate oppositions take advantage of the situation and make a mess. I complained about my judge of city civil court Mumbai but it's still in vigilance dept for 10 months. Meanwhile my court and judge changed. He also is corrupt. Principal Judge also not doing anything after complaining him. They purposely not installed cctv and no live recordings are there. Since April 2023 case is still on service. Judges keep on giving next date. I know a person who is doing settings with judges but he says the system is so corrupt that he won't be caught....

And then they'll make sure it becomes very difficult for you to not take the case to higher courts. Precisely the reason why proceedings sld recorded n litigants allowed cameras It's so difficult to prove a judge corrupt. In my legal case the judge actually pressured us to take 15000 n close the case.. Half way thru my bayan in court he stopped me saying next hearing me complete kare ge n till date ...a year passed ..my bayan still not completed... He twisted my testimony .....things I never said added in record to weaken the case.
