My wife said she is willing to take the complaint back in CAW cell and to write application for this she called her advocate. And her advocate advised her for not taking back the complaint, now again I am facing all the problems.. these bloody lawyers are just worried about their fees😮

Dude same here even in my case your wife is fooling you she talking to you nicely telling I want to remove but my lawyer are not letting me .... If she wants to remove she can it's her case... She can fight with you soo much can't she fight with lawyer and remove the case...

@@Ninanani-4085 घंटा एक तो सरकार लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने को सही बता रही है। और दूसरी तरफ कोई कारण से शादी ना हो तो लड़की को मेंटेनेंस भी देना? ये कहा का न्याय है? लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने का फैसला तो दोनो ने साथ में मिलकर ही किया होता है। इसका तो यही मतलब हो गया की कुछ भी हो गलती लड़के की ही होगी और पैसा उसी को देना पड़ेगा। 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤐 चाहे लड़की ने शादी करने से मना कर दिया लेकिन फिर भी लड़के को ही मेंटेनेंस देना पड़ेगा। शादी करे तो भी फसेगा और लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में भी फसेगा। तो क्या पूरी हिंदू समाज की परिवार व्यवस्था बिगाड़ ना चाहती है ये सरकार।

Nobody is addressing elephant in the room which is alimony or maintenance. IT is high time this practice is abolished prospectively(if not retrospectively). If this legal terrorism is stopped then only genuine women will marry. Every woman will work hard to earn money and fulfil her dreams. No woman will marry a man for easy unjust money.

Is there any audit of these kind of Mediation sessions? Because mostly, it's just waste of time, without things moving forward in any direction- either reconcile or separation.. it also opens up a window wherein a trickster party may try to gauge the opponent, go on to disagree and then take it to the court in a different manner..

As per videos now we are aware that so many sections are in favour of women, despite I have observed and my close female relative did not get a single rupee from her husband from age 22 to 62 years. Her husband was already married and had two children in some other state of his job. My female servant she is also fighting for justice last 10years. Her husband had affair and he made pregnant to his cousin sister.

Brother the name CWC ( crime against women cell ) is for women. they wont accept Men's complaint. Infact even if one husband get beaten, harrassed, abused by wife or even murdered, its up on men to prove it and there is no such law can take Husbands complaint can be taken. So the overall story is its unfortunate to get birth as Male in Bharath which is India. :)

I want to listen to your suggestions but why they are always for men and against women?
