2 people marry If the man is not happy --- No one cares If the women is not happy --- hell breaks loose on the husband
@aninditabhattacharya17158 ай бұрын
Because man feels he cant prioritize his emotions.. thats how society has conditioned men, to not be emotional. I think men need to stand up for themselves for the sake of their own mental peace and happiness, and not give in to outdated societal expectations and family pressure to get married. Women do a better job of being vocal these days because of the last few decades of feminism movement and women empowerment initiatives in society globally. But since men never needed to fight for their rights etc., they never spent time thinking about their own self worth and what they deserve in a relationship. And all the issues where men are being taken advantage of, are happening because of that. It's high time men brush aside unnecessary societal pressure and focus more on self care. It's important to acknowledge the impact of a man's mental health in an unhappy marriage. But mostly, men esp in Indian society, put a brave face and carry on living that hell instead of taking a step for their own good.

Did he have the spine to stand up for himself and discard social pressure to marry? Dont blame the woman if the man cant be a real man and take the right decision in his own life. In India, men are just physically grown up kids who will do what their parents say, without using their own brain cells. And then blame the woman for a bad marriage. Do these words now make any sense to you? If not, time to grow up and be mature. Good luck.

My family is going through the same. My brothers wife wanted to live separately in a new house after 3 months of marriage. We were ready for that, just needed time, but she demanded a new house immediately. Her parents came and took her away and later filed domestic voilence case within 4 days. Our life has turned into hell after that, wasting money on lawyers who don't want to help us resolve the issue, they just want to fill their pockets. Idk how long will this continue. I couldn't believe how anti-men/husband the laws are made. After studying judgements and cases I realized it's a hopeless battle. She demands 70lakhs as settlement. My brother earns 35k, we are from middle class. I hate the indian judiciary, especially the domestic court judges who always see women as victims and husbands as an ATM.

Similar to my story. Girl's side have a strategy for divorce even before marriage. They know what allegations to make and when. They consult doctors, lawyers, police everyone before marriage and then only scout for a boy that fits their divorce strategy. Their motive could be money, or poor physical/mental health of daughter where they want to perform a marriage for society but ultimately want to keep the daughter with them only to take care of her. It could also be due to their daughter's love affair with a guy that they cannot agree to because of social standing. Once divorced, they'll be free to marry her off to anyone she likes without too much social pressure. Personally, I feel the fight is more psychological than legal. Legal proceedings are there, but we can win only when we convince the wife that it is not worth fighting. Once they realise their effort-time-alimony ratio is not good, they ll quickly lose interest and move on to next victim.

Many women view me as the ideal eligible bachelor but unbeknownst to many of them I will never, ever marry again or even consider a long term serious relationship. Having sailed through the same boat of short lived marriage, I know how emotionally gruelling this whole process could be! Especially when the laws in the country are gender biased! Luckily I too had a similar relative helping me with my divorce case and where by strategy we kept things dragging for few years under pretext of Covid lockdowns! And denying them any relief sought not even maintenance, which ultimately led to their frustration! I wish i had seen your other videos earlier could have used civil suits too! 😅 They claimed 50 crores in damages and alimony but we eventually settled to a % ( bit less than what was mentioned in the video despite of my high networth) and I feel this being very practical if you look at it from business deal perspective and not emotionally! My advice to others husbands fighting such false cases is to have a calm state of mind and do not panic or be emotional, it’s sounds hard but do able! Don’t loose hope and there are other legal remedies available like civil and criminal cases that you can too opt for! You have to fight your own battle and Your advocate/lawyer can help you better only if you are well prepared to fight! 😇

There is another strategy some women use. They too do not like continuing their marriage, but do not make the move from fear of losing alimony. Instead, they behave and treat the husband in ways that are just not acceptable ,to frustrate him and complain to their parents the opposite. This drives the husband mad and when he can no longer bear it, he files for divorce. At that time the wife acts meek and says she wanted the marriage to work and he doesn't. This strategy is used to fight for higher alimony. We have experienced this. There are so many dramatists out there that the institution of marriage has become scary. They earn equally well like men, drink and smoke like men, live the lifestyle of a man..but when it comes to alimony they dramatise like they are helpless, meek women of the 19th century and the court is their stage.

Thanks Amish for sharing the knowledge and wisdom.
My bet is the girl's family was from lower Economic strata and the purpose of Marriage in a well to do family was just get that guy under control by separating him from his parents and keep threatening and extorting for as long as possible - clean Exit by filing cases later in life after they are done with him (they had to resort to this earlier here because the man refused to be their puppet) - have seen MANY cases like that. All this drama in familes "gareeb ghar ki ladki le aao ghar jod ke rakhegi" is bullshit 😂😂

Really, thanka for this. Another thing is girls parents want an " old age nurse" for them😂 so they do this by destroying their daughter's marriage 🤦🏻♂️

Need help / suggestion. After settlement of a road accident case in police station, my friend payed the compensation amount to the victim, after closing the complaint. They put up a case again in the same police station stating they are not recieving financial support from the accused. What case can my friend apply on this situation where the victim is trying to extort extra money after settlement in police station.

I have a simple trick for those who's parents are forcing marriage. Whenever the topic of marriage comes, start praising the wife, start saying i will do whatever the wife will tell me. I will be the ideal husband,and show your parents' that you are a progressive person and belongs to the kind of a "joru ka gulam".😂 Occasionally, state how some girls are misusing law, troubling the husband and his family. And show your willingness to stay single if you didn't find the type of girl you want. Express your thoughts on how risky it is to get into relationships these day's and highlight the importance of patience in finding the right person. With time and patience, you might get an acceptance from your parents to stay single as long as you want. Once you crossed 40 i belive No one will talk about marriage... (or i might be naive🤷)

i went through all this things exactly like u said in video.. . i fought 7 years long court battle , my advocate use to take long long court date and later wifes and her father got frustrated and approached us for mutual divorce and within 6 month after that everything settled, i paid 2 lakhs for 15 days marriage and get myself out from the mud. my advocate also told me the same thing ,, just pay and get out ... u wasted 7 years of ur life in court battle ..

Better to have prenuptial agreement with site or plot purchase with both investment so that both have to stay in same house. If she leaves him it's her problem & can't blame husband, if he leaves that house then he has right over the house. Bank account should be same so that both know the spending. Court can't tell for divorce as both has property rights, equal rights in property. As residence Right give power to her same way himself as he invested in the house.

I’m thankful that life has been kind to me and spared me from this whole marriage shit. I’m happy open Gay man; and having straight male friends, I’ve seen some of them turn their lives into hell after getting married. Four of my friends have gone through really ugly divorces, and it’s always the husband who ends up on the butcher block, even when their wives were the cause of the divorces.
