Otherwise in practice divorce in india is more common than in more developed asian countries like China,Japan etc.

Actually i know one person left india while maintainnce case is there, court order a lot of alimony but he sold all of his property and gone out of india and he married and enjoying his life, if 498A case is there no need to come back to india if you have enough money in abroad , or you can get 10 years of visa if you have enough money to buy propety and you can get citizenship of other country

Hi, you really explain everything well about law related to divorces etc so i have a query sir . there is a KZbinr who wants to get mutual divorce from his wife but wife wants to continue so that man is making a KZbin gang of channels to character assassinate her and one of channel has released his audio as well of such attempt, what is law related to it because he openly accepts that he has support channels (such channels are not just targeting his wife but questioning DNA report of her child)

what i can prominently say after seeing the new trends, India has gotten the western sense of marriage and divorce within a year, but we havent got the western laws too which are in a way equal for both the genders. All these cases will be considered by most men like me to not get married, in a way reducing population, but if the laws stays like this, i guess the population growth will collapse totally, and thats very scary.
