Politicians are not amending the laws for their women vote politics and on the other hand, most judges are simps. If Men want gender equal laws, they have to do two things: 1. Whenever state or national elections comes, one year before, you should start posting on social media that your vote will be given to those party who will include for gender neutrality in their agenda 2. Always remember- Section 375 of the IPC 1860 says that only men can commit "rape" when there are studies which prove that it is a big misconception that only men can be rapists. Its high time that necessary judicial changes must be made so that the law promotes equality which is a fundamental right in the Indian Constitution.Article 14 and 15 prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex/gender too.Section 375 of the IPC is violative of the Right to equality given in the Indian constitution and hence must be amended among other discriminative laws against men.

My advice to all unmarried people would be this. With rising feminism and increase in the number of FemiNazis , if you want a peaceful life and dont want your life's savings stolen by a crazy women, the best course of action for you would be to either 1. Dont get married and have a common law partner arrangement if your country has it 2. Have a very clear pre-nup arrangement. That's what is happening - state of affairs like Africa or Central America where people themselves punish the guilty. Crime against women will increase and more pendency of cases in all courts. Again after the entire country is vaccinated against covid-19, they ruled that nobody can be forced for vaccination, which is again a wrong judgement, but delayed by 2 years

Sure, men can sue their wives but men won’t win the case especially in India. The rape cases are rising in India with disastrous results, TV channel serials always focus on how women are abused and portrayed.. they never show a man as a victim in any domestic abuse. So if we compile all this, the thought of general public and even officials always favour the women.

Sir you must consider doing a video on settlement. Once a party knows a case is filed against him, most of the time, he is open for settlement. It applies to consumer complaints, CAT cases, marriage, labour court etc... (Because logically he know that based on merits of case he might lose + incur legal expense etc) But ordinarily lawyers keep their clients in the dark about and let the case drag on till judgement.

The only real solution for men is to not marry, but Indians, especially men, are obsessed with getting married. They keep parroting words like "sanskriti", "parampara", "vansh". Our "principlist" judiciary is more concerned about protecting the rights of perpetrators than serving the justice to victims, all in the name of their own ill-defined "constitutional morality". If you read the wording of judgements carefully, it feels like it's written in a manner to do grand standing and self-grandiose. A common person understands nothing what is written in the verdict so that a lawyer is needed for the interpretation only. Judgements are written for law schools, not for the citizens. The funny thing about our law which as per constitution is unbiased or same for everyone irrespective of gender, caste, creed etc.. is that it is totally biased. I tell you one recent article that i read, where a divorced husband is paying his ex-wife maintainance every month as per court order, but his wife is hiring gigolos or male prostitutes and having sexual realationships with randam people. So the husband, caught her with lot of proofs and went to the court for dismissal of the maintainance amount or alimony, the court said they cannot stop her alimony just because she is hiring male prostitutes or having sex with random people...!!! The shocked everyone and still I am trying to understand, why the court of law would support a women illegally or in unjust ways ???

With current state of justice system I might encourage my son not to get married in india and get married with a prenup in a judiciary where it is legal. I guess paying for forgein PR might be lesser than loosing most of assets in alimony or settlement amount.

Before going to marry or apply for marriage registration, why isn't there an agreement that if divorce happens, then there are so many consequences. The agreement should clearly state the IPC sections under which husbands can be tried. This will reduce the number of marriages, and hence number of divorces. Will increase husband's demands in the marriage market when many women will be left single and they will demand courts to reverse the gender biased laws Would also help to reduce the population.

Right now new law has been out which says "maintenance for wife is eligible if she has committed adultery 4 to 5 times in a year." That means your wife can screw a guy many times she wants but only has to get caught 4 to 5 times to not face any consequences. And she will also take your money and her pleasure. We are screwed in every way possible

Media will crucify him, Police will not lift a finger, Society will ostracize him, His wife will file compounding cases of s€xual and assault and dowry what have you she has a buffet of choice. After 10-20 years of torture the court MAY charge her with falsified cases and recover 500-1000 as penalty. Tell me is all of this for a roommate with benefits worth it?

I sometimes wonder if the problem with society is our elementary school system, especially the cafeteria "food": pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, fettucini, soda pop, coffee bars, etc. I think many little girls are raised on this kind of junk. It becomes very difficult in life to undo obesity/overweight that begins in grade school. The solution is to put out cereal dispensers with free high fiber cereal all day long. Go Lean Kashi Crunch is just like Sugar Smacks, only without the sugar and it's loaded with 8 grams of fiber.
