in PA bundles, there are Bettermaker EQ232D, Lindell PEX500 and TBTECH Kirchoff (pultec curve) for Pultecs style EQs. 5 more other Passive EQs that isn't pultec emulation.

I’m still not clear on ‘why’ this because PA released the Bettermaker 232d a couple years ago and I have thought THAT was the Bettermaker modeled Pultec style EQ which had both the EQP-1 as well as the MEQ .. all in one. Confused

I have the BM EQ232D plugin and essentially it is a cleaner sounding Pultec. You can still do the Pultec curves and more but think of it as a clean Pultec. This new one would have the colour of the original Pultec. I think they've added some useful extras especially if you like to see what's going on with the curves.
