My dad worked at that company and used to chat with Mark on breaks. He used to ask people about their kids and in that time you would carry photos in your wallet, and so people would pull out photos and talk about their families. At the time of Kali’s disappearance I was only 2 years older than her and looked very similar. When they found her body in the tank and that it was the security guard, my dad was so fucked up he stopped carrying pictures of us and quit that job.

I live in Rochester. At the time, I was working at a bookstore and my co-manager lived at the Gleason Estates! He was one of the neighbors that were interviewed. And he had a bad feeling about Mark the short time he lived there. It was such a sad case. The community really did feel the pain of this child’s death. Just horrible.

I live in one of the safest small towns in Canada and my mom lives in a house that's split. And he upstairs neighbor just let's her 2 year old alone in the yard for hours at a time and it freaks me out. I could never. He's also not scared of strangers at all and it's a pretty secluded side street with a lot of woods behind them. I watch way too much true crime to have my own kids I think lol
