I was working at the elementary school next to UA in H the day it happened when every LEO in the county responded. It is a truly sad and awful, day ruining story. She also killed her brother, Seth, when he was a teen, then named her son Seth. Who -since that time was, sadly, killed.

Omg, chicken farms and being traumatized…let me tell you! My maternal grandmother lived on a farm. She had two sets of chickens. One group were her “egg Chickens,” who she pampered like crazy. The other chickens were basically “cooking Chickens.” I made a mistake one time when I was about 10 years old. I decided to spend the week one Summer at her house. I loved going out there because I loved all the farm animals. Playing with them, petting them, etc. One particular day I went out to the barn with her to gather the eggs. She said she also needed to grab a chicken to prepare for dinner. 😳 no warning or anything. She grabbed a chicken and with one hand on its neck, did some weird twist, twirl and jerk! (There’s actually a technique that you can find on Google or here on YT.) It’s actually the most humane way. It’s instantaneous because it breaks the chicken’s neck and it’s not bloody. Still, I was horrified! I refused to eat the chicken that night. In fact, I remained a vegetarian for a while as a kid. They also slaughtered a cow one Winter and split up all the meat. I just am not cut out for farm life. I loved all the animals as pets. Even the little piggies. These days I’m pretty much a pescatarian. 🐟🐠🐡😁

My mother also told me that the day they found Wendy's body, Ross was in her own sister's home trying to sell her life insurance. We watched the execution broadcast. This case was also my first college public speaking project. Also, probably why I became fascinated with true crime. So. Thank you for this.

I have called my legislators and suggested to them that they might help the most vulnerable of our society; our children. If laws were put into place whereas any parent or caretakers who had convicted of child abuse could not have the opportunity to homeschool them. This would have so many great points to it boggles my mind. Even though the number may be small, it may save the life of one of the most vulnerable and weakest of our society. I would urge anyone who believes this to be an idea that has merit do the same.

Oh wow, I was a teen and young adult in the 80s. I'm 54,and people did still hitchhike. I grew up in south Atlanta, so I'm sure it was different than Connecticut. We had just been through the Atlanta child murders, so I think everyone was on high alert. That case still haunts me,as one of the children was found behind my elementary school. This guy apparently was very I'll. I'm glad he was caught. And the families had justice for those gir6. So sad. Thank you so much for the video sweetie 🤗💞🥰
