It's funny how everyone thinks about potatoes and Ireland as one because of their history. But potatoes are actually native from south America, the Andean region specifically (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador..), and we consume it like everyday in many forms 😊

As a Filipino viewer, I would have to say that the typical Kare Kare served in households here serve Bagoong (a fermented shrimp or fish paste that is very salty) on the side and typically do not mix it into the main dish itself mostly because it will spoil in a matter of hours if done so. You can use Filipino fish sauce (which is a bit more salty than some other varieties like Thai and Indonesian) and mix it into the dish but it's not as typical from where I'm from in the Philippines. Also, it is typically eaten with steamed rice.

I think they should switch this game up. Make a giant dart globe that constantly, slowly spins.
