Wow! I really needed to hear this today. Struggling with my uniqueness and feeling weird for some of my interests. So grateful for God who made me just a little bit different so that I may fulfill his purpose. We are made to complement one another’s gifts and purpose so not to be just alike. Blessed by this episode!!

I needed this, I have a younger sister and I just pray and want her to know that she is so beautiful and she doesn't need to display her beauty in anyway for others to see. Because God our father sees our beauty not just in our appearance but in our hearts. That's where our true beauty lies and in our faith. Everyone may not see that nor should they but God does and that's all the eyes we shall need. I hope all you women and men out there know how beautiful you are, and not just because we are God's children. That also how beautiful Jesus our Lord and Savior was and is. He didn't lay down his appearance, he laid down his life and his love for us. Not because of how beautiful we are but how much he loves us through all our sin and filth, on the inside and out. God bless you all brothers and sisters ❤️😘

I’m 68 years old and have suffered with depression, later diagnosed as bipolar disorder, for most of my adult life. I was ashamed. I judged myself as ‘less than’. I hid my struggles. I questioned why God made me this way. It wasn’t until 5 years ago when I confessed all this to a visiting pastor’s wife. Her response was that this wasn’t for me but for the next person. I was in a conversation shortly after that and I revealed this to a new friend. This new friend thanked me for sharing and asked if I would share my coping skills with her daughter who struggled with it. I came away feeling that if it only helped this one woman, it was all worth it. I’ve been able to share my story with others many, many times. That was the purpose. God is so good. Thank you Lord for this gift.

When I just moved in China as an African I was so ashamed to be black and to have 4C hair was literally wearing wigs all the time because people were always reminding me I’m different or asking me why Am I black or my hair looks messy ? It took me 4 years to learn to just be me and I prayed and keep praying God teaches me to love myself just as He created me now most of the time when I look at myself with my natural hair I tell myself God is right for giving these hair because I’m so beautiful with them.

I’m only 30 so I don’t know Gods plan for me just yet but I’ve always been told I have a raspy voice a deep voice since I was a CHILD. It always bothered me because I thought hmm if I could change my voice I would! It’s just apart of me. I would TRY to make my voice lighter so many times to no avail until I leaned that I have a beautiful voice and I accept that no matter who doesn’t :)

It's so interesting what Joyce said about her voice. I remember hearing some of her messages (in passing) as a little girl sometimes and I never thought it sounded "manly." It always sounded like it had authority to me. Comforting to be honest. And she's right about men not being able to hear other women's voices all the time because of the pitch. It shows in communications classes and statistics lol - So she's right on the money! haha.

Dear God💗❤️♥️💖💕❤️💞🙏in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the , life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in the bible that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Amen.
