I was experiencing some anxiety as well. Around 3 am I began to just pray to God and thank him for who he is! So later on I ended up falling back to sleep only to wake up from a dream that threw me into a full blown panic attack. I was trying so hard to figure out had I done something wrong to provoke such a terrible dream? But this program reminded me that worship is key to being in the presence of God, and the anxiety I was feeling melted as I got in his presence. Sometimes we may not feel like worshiping God for whatever reason, or sometimes circumstances in our life push us to him and we realize that in him is the right place to be.
