Excellent podcast Caleb! I read your book 2 years ago. And it's a great book congratulations! Have a business policy and one on myself, and i'm doing well but feel like I still need to learn a lot more. Would you mind sharing the study group that you and Brent are part of? and if that is open for the public? Any chance I could join? Thanks for sharing the information!

@@evarsonazevedo5321 Hello! This is Joel, Caleb's producer. Thank you for the kind message. I don't know anything about their study group but I would email Caleb at Caleb@BetterWealth.com. Reference this video and I'm sure you'd be able to get some more info about it :)

Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments.

Absolutely! Profits are possible, especially now, but complex transactions should be handled by experienced market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

Definitely agree we need to talk much more about the DEATH BENEFIT and all the other benefits of whole life. Cash value is great, but it's not the full picture. Caleb, I'd love to partner with you in trying to quantify ALL the benefits of whole life.

Caleb, you ask great questions. Thanks for allowing Bret to answer without interruptions. One thing that nobody mentions much is the Hedge it gives you from the bank with no questions asked. Go to a bank with your money in it and try to get a large quantity and see what happens! Go deposit a large sum and see how many questions. They treat you like a criminal. You asked about an emergency fund. The concept has a segregated account, open a high yield and draw intrest on your emergency money. Please invite him back.

Thanks for talking about some of the downsides / things thst can go wrong. Appreciate it, because alot of infinite banking paints only rainbows and unicorns. There are risks and downsides to everything.

Why this is the best page. Others are trying to say its better the stock market. He just made it very simple. Its forcing people to save. So if someone make a lot but have nothing saved, whole life would be perfect. It'll help break that bad habit

Often times we get so caught up in the ROR of financial products that we don’t consider what the product is actually doing for our overall financial stability and health. Great point you made here.

The title says paid off $1M in 39 mo. That was never explained in detail. You say it’s long term 17+ yrs but the title says differently. You say Can do the same with a savings acct at 2,000/mo. faster? How. $2000/mo in a savings for 39 mo can’t pay off $1M.

isn't there a wait period before you can borrow from a policy?
@firecraig22 күн бұрын
Typically two weeks.
@dwhite621322 күн бұрын
@ but that means you have to put a large infusion of cash initially, otherwise there is nothing to borrow from.
@firecraig22 күн бұрын
@@dwhite6213 nope. If you pay more than your premium (PUAs) you will have cash available to use as collateral.

Two questions: do you have one draw/loan on a policy or do you have to request each loan take? And $30+ million in life insurance …will all that be tax free?
@emojidinosaur73002 ай бұрын
in my experience I took out as many loans as i had cash value to collaterize those loans.

Yea this guy is just the textbook on positive arbitrage. I like the first position loans only. He underwrites it all. He definitely has a higher risk tolerance then 90% of the people in this space.
@bozeeboАй бұрын
I'm thinking he didn't pay off that million dollar debt, he traded it for debt against the life insurance since it's essentially a way better term loan. the loan interest is likely tax deductable and the other policies and their loans works as working capital while the policies continue to credit interest

Most people don't have extra to put into life insurance or savings to do this . I make 60k a year I don't have boats or wave runners or go out to dinner or buy cloths. Food house 2 used cars 2 kids we are white knuckling until next check.
@lesliemaness99918 күн бұрын
You got 401 k? Borrow from that and get started with velocity banking and the IBC concept at the same time. You got equity in your home just sitting there ? Use it also.
@dusitnwright444318 күн бұрын
@@lesliemaness999 sure pull equity out of my home and hike up my monthly mortgage payment to which I cant hardly afford now at a 2.7 % rate to a now 7% rate sure that's a great Idea. borrow from my 401 sure I have to pay penalty and % payments on it every month. people that already have money and resources just never under stand.

There’s no free lunch. I would say a savings account would not be as efficient if you want to enjoy the benefits long term.

I feel like he is making sound a little easier than it is... you have to get the money into the policy before you can buy the car... and you have to commit to substantial premium "deposits " ... for the rest of your life. BTW, I have WL.

Remember, this guy is top tier. Top athletes make what they do look easy. The majority of people will do very well if they were just given the proper guidance on how to start the process and understand in detail how to use cash value / death benefit to create income. Web search "The Money Multiplier" for his education videos and book.
