I purchased an IUL but was told cannot take a loan from it until the 12 months of premiums have been put in. That means I cannot do any actions for IB until month 13??? I was told this was the only option I had, and now I hear about doing whole-life. Can I somehow roll my IUL into a whole-life?
@PherahBodolayАй бұрын
You can totally do that. You would roll whatever cash value is available through a 1035 exchange. First setup the IBC policy, then have the insurance company roll the cash value available in the old policy to fund the IBC policy. Remember, depending on how long you've had your IUL, there might be surrender charges.

I have a very hard time decoupling Infinite Banking vs. Investing in index funds

I'm afraid I have to disagree with the "All Good"; there are contracts that objectively perform better in individual circumstances. The estate policy should be a corporate VUL contract for death benefit guarantees. ETC

There is to much red tape involved in IUL policies. I believe it keeping investments and banking simple and eliminating the red tape. Lower fees equal higher returns.

Maybe it is needed for people that have trouble with the concepts, but how many times can you refer to foundations without it being redundant. If you are going to tell me the same thing twice, just make the video shorter.

Thanks for the feedback 🙏🏻 I find that reinforcement for the most important points is really needed. We have a majority of our viewers who are still trying to understand this concept. We have a mix of more complex and basic content to accommodate our wide range of understanding on this topic.

Let's say, hypothetically, a person has a correctly structured policy with $75k available to borrow against...but doesn't know what to do to "create" with that money. Is there a direction you would point them in?
@BetterWealth2 ай бұрын
I could give general answers but the reality is there is no one size fits all. There are so many factors that go into deciding how to utilize your money for an investment. First thing I would ask is what do you want to achieve with your money? I would also say to look into learning your “investor DNA”. These are the real questions that need to be answered before we even talk about before educating about how to use the money. If anyone gives you a direct answer about how you should use your cash value without asking these questions first, then they either don’t have your best interest at heart or are severely uninformed about how to approach investing.
